175 YEARS OF MAGIC

Tivoli is celebrating its 175th anniversary with a 150-metre Disney parade. It was presented to the public for the first time on May 19 and will continue to run throughout the 2018 season. The famous amusement park in Copenhagen’s city centre has been working closely with experts from Disney World to create a spectacular parade with references to all the best-loved Tivoli characters, Hans Christian Andersen’s world-renowned fairy tales and the captivating Walt Disney universe. Walt Disney himself visited Tivoli several times during the latter part of the sixties and took lots of inspiration for US theme parks back with him.
