TREASURES OF FINLAND – THE LAKELAND AND KARELIA
Following extensive preparations, Via Hansa is launching a new project for tailor-made tours to Southern Finland, featuring the cities of Helsinki – the capital and largest city, renowned for its history and culture, modern architecture, cuisine and beautiful archipelago; Lappeenranta – the gateway to South Karelia, the Finnish Lakeland and magnificent Lake Saimaa; Jyväskylä – surrounded by lakes and forests and renowned for its nature, architecture and design; Lahti – a pioneering environmental city surrounded by lakes and forests; and Turku – Finland’s former capital, rich in history and culture, Swedish heritage and surrounded by a beautiful archipelago – as well as other destinations throughout Southern Finland.
In each destination, we offer a wide variety of private tours and experiences focusing on history and culture, architecture, local cuisine and lifestyle. We also offer active experiences such as cycling, hiking and kayaking, as well as authentic Finnish sauna experiences. The cities can easily be combined using private car or van transfers, or modern, comfortable trains. Between the cities, we can incorporate a variety of soft-nature experiences, allowing your clients to discover Finland’s lakes, forests and countryside along the way.
Alternatively, you can create your own combinations based on the tariffs we provide. In essence, we offer a modular system that gives you the flexibility to create different itineraries and products tailored to your clients’ individual interests and requirements. Our experienced and knowledgeable travel designers will be delighted to assist you in developing and operating your programmes.
The project was sent to all our customers earlier this week. If you did not receive it, or if you require further information, please contact: jaana.parna@viahansa.com
