MICHELIN MAKING WAY IN LITHUANIA – AND IN LATVIA AND ESTONIA
After the first Michelin Guide for Lithuania was unveiled in 2024, the gastronomic scene in Vilnius has taken a significant leap. The city now features four one-star Michelin restaurants: Demo, Džiaugsmas, Nineteen18, and Pas Mus, all specializing in creative and contemporary cuisine.
At the same time, the city also features a number of Bib Gourmand restaurants, offering exceptionally good food at a reasonable price, often considered the “best value,” including 14Horses, Gaspar’s, and Augustin. In addition, there are several Michelin-listed restaurants, most notably: Ertlio Namas, Protėviai, Stebuklai, and Telegrafas. These venues offer high-quality cuisine with attention to detail at reasonable prices, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Lithuania currently offers 37 Michelin-starred and Michelin-listed restaurants, of which 28 are to be found in the Lithuanian capital.
Via Hansa has vast experience in organizing gastronomic programs for food enthusiasts and culinary societies around the world. We would be happy to design your next gastronomic adventure in Lithuania, perhaps combined with Latvia and Estonia, which also offer a strong selection of Michelin-starred and Michelin-listed restaurants.
