HYATT PLACE COMING SOON TO TALLINN, ESTONIA

As inbound tourism continues to grow in the Baltic countries, with figures surpassing pre-pandemic levels, both foreign and local investors are actively investing in new hotel developments. This year and next will see the launch of several small and large hotels across the region.

The 4-star Hyatt brand, Hyatt Place, is soon arriving in Tallinn, Estonia. The new Hyatt Place Tallinn is set to welcome its first guests by the end of July 2025, offering a stylish base just minutes from the city’s iconic Old Town. Blending medieval charm with contemporary flair, the hotel will feature 169 rooms, including 114 king-bed and 55 twin-bed options, plus three suites and two accessible rooms. Each Scandinavian-inspired guest room will offer 20–28 m² of bright, modern space, with floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy seating areas, and sleek en-suite bathrooms. With its prime location and modern amenities, Hyatt Place Tallinn is poised to become a standout stay in Estonia’s vibrant capital.
