On April 4, Via Hansa opened an operational office in one of the most remote places on earth, in the lively Mongolian capital Ulaanbaatar. Elina Demidenko, Product Manager for Siberia, Mongolia and China explains: “Mongolia, a country twice the size of Texas and inhabited by only three million people, represents some of the world’s most authentic culture and breath-taking natural scenery. At the same time, the country is fast catching up with modernity. Ulaanbaatar already features a suitable choice good 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels, fine restaurants and great shopping malls, while the traditional GER camps outside the capital are also improving with new and modern facilities. However, a trip to Mongolia is first of all a peep into a world of centuries-old traditions that are very different to our modern world. Our tours bring guests into close contact with these ancient traditions and with the Mongolian people”. Via Hansa is for 2014 offering FIT package tours and tailor-made group tours around this large and fascinating country, tours which can easily also be combined with Russia and China. We will shortly send these products to all customers. For 2015, Via Hansa will also be offering Guaranteed Escorted Tours to Mongolia. For more information, please contact:
