After completing the first phase of a renovation project with a new lounge and bar area and a significant upgrade of all guest rooms earlier this year, the von Stackelberg Hotel Tallinn has become very popular and both occupancy and feedback from guests improved remarkably over the summer. The property is now in the middle of the second phase of the renovation project. By the end of October, renovation of the entire courtyard will be completed creating a pleasant environment at the centre of the hotel. Construction of a new wing will shortly commence, which will add ten spacious and luxurious new ZEN deluxe rooms to the hotel by the summer of 2015. And finally the renovation project will be completed with the launch of an upscale new restaurant after New Year. In 2015, the von Stackelberg Hotel Tallinn will feature 55 well-appointed rooms and suites, restaurant and bar, Conference Centre, ZEN Spa and a lovely courtyard. The hotel is positioning itself as a superior 4-star boutique hotel. With all the fresh investments at the property, built in 1876 as a city estate for Baron Theophil von Stackelberg, the hotel will once again firmly regain the character of a unique manor-like estate in the middle of the city.
